葱油饼的做法
@1锅中倒入花生油,油稍热后放入大葱段和姜片,小火慢慢煎出香味,取出香葱段和姜片不要,把葱油倒入玻璃碗中备用

面团发酵至2—3倍大,撕开面团有很多小孔

取出面团再揉一会后分割成等份的剂子(像一个小馒头的剂子一样大)

取一份剂子擀开来,稍擀长一些,均匀地抹上香葱油(不要抹得太可边,会漏油)

从一侧卷起,卷成一个长条,收口稍压紧

再从一端卷起,卷向另一端(如下图8)

用手轻轻按一下,按扁就可以了。饼做好后醒10分钟左右

平底锅放少许油,拿起来,转一下,油稍热后下入葱油饼,盖上锅盖,中小火慢慢煎至两面微黄
